I have been looking for any recommendations or solutions for adding a front facing rear bench seat that I am able to remove. I know I can get a universal bench seat and make a custom bracket , but I wanted to if anyone has documented doing something like this. TIA

I like the one I got from SOR.com. It folds and flips so you can still have a flat surface to load onto, although not as much ceiling height. Or it can flip and remain in a standing position to make more room behind the seat.
I fitted some 3rd row seats from a Vauxhall Zafira in mine, but I'd head to the breakers yard and see what you can find - lots of the modern people carriers have removable back row seats that fold down really well.
I installed a Bestop seat in the back.
