Toyota got it right with the 1st gen Tundra. Perfect size and a V8. Everything else has been too big.

One of the reasons why I recently got this, my second first gen.

My wheeling buddy has an '02 TRD ACSB. I was impressed with how well it wheeled stock, on 20 year old Bilstein shocks, a spacer lift, and OEM LSD in the rear. The rockers on those trucks sit super high and give them a great breakover angle compared to most domestic trucks.

You RCLB looks awesome, especially with a V8 and being bare-bones as well. Prefect simple, sleek truck.

The LC300 is so much better to daily and live with vs the 200/100
Some people may be abit surprised by an initial loss of ''Heft'' but alot of that is also attributed to how sluggish any LC pre LC300 drove. Even with the 5.7, the 200 still feels really cumbersome that my 1GR LC300 feels lighter on its feet around town.

When I get out of my LX 570 and get into my LC300 I feel like I am driving a much smaller lighter car.

The same will apply to the 250 - and maybe even greater since it's the same platform pretty much but with a slightly smaller body.
Anyone who is going to daily the 250 ( based on my LC300 experience ) will enjoy it alot.

Just ask LX 600 owners how much better it is to daily vs LX 570.

Funny thing is, the lack of heft, it feeling smaller and peppier is a reason I’d NOT want a 300! Absolutely love the feel of the 200.

Now, if my 200 was getting up there in miles and wear, and I had to make a switch, I’d certainly consider a 300.

The 250 on the other hand - will never be in my consideration set.

Totally fair & you won't be the only one who thinks so.
Some will blame this on the 250 being a Prado or whatever but I just wanted to put it out there that the 300 is very nimble as well.
