I'm working on a different design that hopefully will be less expensive to machine and fewer machining steps. Leaving for the next 10-days to go build a straw bale house...but will be top priority once I get back.
I've been home a day and a half this entire month... I'll email you the results of our efforts. Should be a few new entries in the NV record books.

Also, assume from some previous posts on this thread I will have to mod/mill a little to get to fit with my 03 ARB bumper?
Check with NMuzj100, as he had a couple a few weeks ago that he was thinking of selling.
On that note, I received and installed mine and found a bit of surface corrosion, which I used my dremel and a sanding disk to eliminate the rust and then sprayed on a few coats (5) of zinc corrosion preventer. I may spray them black again at some later date.

Update: These are now in process. I changed the design to be more affordable and to also fit the ARB wells. So once I get the first couple fabbed and tested I'll put up an ad in the classifieds for everyone.

Pictures of the updated version, and an estimate of shipment cost to Australia would be good, or at least the weight of a set.
