I hope the body isn't too rusty. Hit up @bobm if you need new metal panels to repair rusty sections.

I've hit @bobm and he doesn't have any floorpans. Says he might make more, someday. Going to need rockers, and IDK what to call that area where the front doors, firewall and fender all meet.

  1. Selling a (new in box) Old Man Emu 2.5" Medium Lift Kit for FJ80/FJZ80 for $700. I have had it on the shelf since putting in an OME Stock Height kit and never made the switch. It’s time to pass it on so I can fund other purchases. I have tried to price if fairly given NIB and current retail from $957-$1010. In the spirit of those Cool Cruiser ads which feature Land Cruiser parts with attractive young models, I snapped this picture of the lift kit alongside this gorgeous 1975 model. She's quite stunning for being 43 years old but has nothing to do with the 80 Series kit being offered. I removed everything from the boxes for pictures. See below for the list of items included in the kit. James Jennings (text 210-219-5588)

    OME 2851 Coil Springs (Front) x 2
    OME 2860 Coil Springs (Rear) x 2
    60018 Nitrocharger Sport Shocks x 2
    60020 Nitrocharger Sport Shocks x 2
    SD24 Steering Damper x 1
    CA77B Caster Kit (4 bushings)

I am in San Antonio but am in Austin 1-2 times a month. James Jennings

I saw this on FB.

They're asking $100. It looks like it sat quite a while with the valve cover off.

I've got the stock front bumper off my '06 100 series if anyone can use it, it's thundercloud metallic and has the factory fog lights. Has some bumper rub on the PS corner, could be repainted to be perfect (not deformed). Have the cap and structural pieces - FREE if you come get in central Austin.

I've got a Best top soft top and doors off of my 74 for sale. The doors don't seem like a fit though. They were on there when I bought it. $100 takes it home. I also have some tires and rims that were on my Tacoma. They are 31" Falken with chrome rims that appear to be Discount Tire brand. $150 takes all 4. They probably have 2/3 tread left. Would make good trailer tires/rims.

Selling the roof rack that cane with my FJ40. Not quite as heavy/beefy as ARB but looks pretty solid and is purpose-built for FJ40. I took it off so my cruiser fits in my garage. Here’s my CL ad....

Roof Rack for Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser

If you drive your FJ40 over I’m happy to help install. Call/text if interested.

I’m a fan of the Terrain Tamer kit. It comes with the proper seals for manual hubs on an 80.

Fwiw I'm not familiar with a 80 Series kit on the market that doesn't come with the AISIN hub gaskets, I know ours have for 20+ years

Both are great options. In the middle of my first rebuild (going out to garage to finish the second side right now). I used the Terrain Tamer set from Georg. it is super beefy. I bought a no-name rebuild kit from a MUDder, and while it is ok, it pales in comparison to the beefiness of the TT kit.

Kurt and Georg will both treat you very well.

I love the look of a well used hub. Looking good!
