`77 FJ40 4 sale
Only has 82,xxx original miles on her. The body isn't perfect has some bondo and some fiberglass but still looks pretty good. Its pretty much a stock cruiser. Sits on 32's. Engine and runs great has chevy HEI distributer. Has full soft top and hard doors and also a bikini top for the summer. Located in Ocala, FL. Asking $3500... I'm having problems resizing pics, email me for them please

new to posting, but not new to the forums. anyway, ive been searching for a project for a long time, but now looking for a driver/project, and figured i'd post my current idea.
i'm looking for a FJ40, preferably running/driveable, etc. Either diesel, or for conversion (hopefully). doesn't need to be lifted with huge tires, but can be. Mainly looking for a vehicle that can get me to my house (a couple miles from paved roads) and to the mountains (i'm big into mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing), etc., but also for daily driving.
was looking for a project, now looking for a rig. would be willing to consider trading my daily driver, 1997 Subaru Outback Sport - 145k miles, newish clutch (@ 120K), w/ stereo, 2002 WRX 16" rims, etc., either straigt up or with some cash.
hit me up with any offers or rigs, preferably an FJ40, but anything you got. if not for trade/daily driver, still looking for a project. located in Central PA, willing to travel some, not california =)

1991 fj80 FS vancouver, BC cheap
1991 landcruiser 80 series 160,000 miles in vancouver, bc. white. gas 3FE. cloth interior. stock except for ARB winch ready bullbar, alarm and 6 disc cd changer. C$9200 obo [now $8600] . only offroad once in its life that I know of. You likely cannot import one this cheap and this one has had the shake down cruise and heavy lifting maintenance done.
this is a truck I imported into canada with my brother two years ago and
a good friend ended up buying off my borther. his offroad plans never panned out and he does not like tinkering with it like i do so has a few backed up PM
items to do listed below so now he wants to sell.
back then I repacked the birfs, and gave it a full tune up, new fuel pump regulator, and valves were adjusted by toyota and aircon recharged as 134A all at around 150k. he recently replaced the fuel filter, repacked the wheel bearings and took apart and cleaned up the drive shafts. this truck is from burlington washington since new and is stock and very clean especially underneath (compared to mine anyway). it has been in a front end accident documented here

and I have photos of before and during the repair if you need em. all damaged body parts were replaced with new oem other than a very small crease in the quarter panel that was fixed. the truck tracks fine. it was checked out by a board member who runs a body shop before my brother's purchase in the us who could find no signs of any accidents at that time other than a small dent in the driver's door. All receipts are available.
the truck has the following known issues
-p/s pulley slightly warped. He has a new pulley but has not installed
yet.
-needs front brakes - me doing this work can be negotiated as part of
the sale. before he decided to sell we were going to switch it over to
93+ rotor/caliper system.
-engine will idle rough sometimes. I suspect dirty injectors or blocked
egr system or vacuum leak but honestly don't know.
-very slight leak in an exhaust gasket under the truck revealed when
decarbonizing. He has the gasket and replacement toyota bolts but not installed.
it will also come with a few extra toyota oil filters, throttle body
gasket, extra belts, etc..
buy this truck!
