I'm lowering the price to $3000

Reason:
It is going to need a brake job, not sure how extensive it will have to be. Pedal goes to the floor, the cruiser does stop just not the way it should. It has plenty of fluid and I've never heard the squelers. Like I said I not sure of the exact problem and I don't have the time to check into it.
 
Posting pictures would be a good idea, I might be interested and that seems like a good price if it's as clean as it sounds. Not sure that a bad HAC valve would screw up the timing to the point that it wouldn't start. (?) Is all the emissions equipment in place?
 
I'm digging the truck out Saturday evening sometime--it's buried under a bit of snow up here right now.... I'll get some pics posted in the next few days, by early next week. Truck is definitely clean, the pics will show that. I've had issues with the timing for a bit now. Since I just put in a rebuilt dizzy, I figured it might be the HAC, since it was fine until I started up over Berthoud pass on my way here. I do plan on getting it dialed in here in the near future so it will at least start. All of my work was performed at Comprehensive Car Care on Evans in Denver (near DU)--great Landcruiser specialty shop. All emissions equipment is indeed in place, Mark at Comprehensive had a great time fixing all the stuff the PO had done to bypass it all.

The truck (Originally from Florida) is 21 years old and has 171,xxx miles on it, that is less than 9000 miles a year. I bought this truck in fall of 2004 from second owner in WNY. It is mostly original, with exception of fender flares and rocker panel w/dog leg. Will cruise @ speeds up to 70-75 mph in 4 th gear. Has slight leak from rear main seal that marks its spot every morning with two half dollar size spots (I use Mobil 1 synthetic oil). All 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive train components work correctly w/o any problems. Shifts flawlessly. Has WARN lock-outs. AM/FM Cassette is IPOD ready, only two front speakers. Gets roughly 15 mpg in the city. 3 Goodyear Wrangler's are about 50% treadwear, the right rear is new. A/C does not work, condensor is removed, however all hoses are there. All lights work, including back up light. Original Toyota jack, tools and bag under drivers seat.
