as far as i know it does, yes.

That is either an error or a scam.

Buy it if you can actually see it, get a accurate car fax and they have the title when you buy it. My guess is the "owner" will email you back and say they are in Italy or France and will ship it to you and you will recieve it in 5 days after you wire the money, etc. They probably cut and pasted a legitimate ad from somewhere else and changed the price/email/contact info.

well one thing makes me think its prolly a scam

seller says, 4.7 liter 235hp 32-valve DOHC 'VVT-i' all aluminum V-8 engine that meets the strict Federal and California 'LEV' Low Emission Vehicle standards, coupled to a 5-speed automatic overdrive transmissio.

Me, well that motor is not even out in the 100 series yet and I don't think a 2002 had the 5 speed

The "+1" country code for the phone number, the poor english, unable to use paypal, it all ads up to a foreigner trying to pull a SCAM. He must've found an ad for a 100 in Chicago and harvested the info, pics, and VIN, which will probably have a good carfax report, last owner in chicago... they're getting smarter I guess.

Earl's 'JunkYardDog' is truly awe inspiring! I am really sorry to hear that he is not driving the backroads of Montana in it. When I heard he was retiring, that was the picture I had of him in my head.

FYI John, Danny is his son. Second generation cruiserhead, mechanical wizard and legend. :)

" I am a square trade member"...that's only for Ebay...not Craigslist....dumbasses! Surely no one falls for this crap...at least I hope not!

My dad had a guy try an scam him be using square trade. It was a convertible 55 chevy. My dad knew it had to be worth at least $50k. The guy wan't $15k too. My dad emailed him a few times, and noticed it was a scam. The guy took pictures of old cars from a shop and listed them. The 55 was really for sale, except the real guy selling it wanted $89k for it. It's getting harder and harder to trust deals online.

87 HJ60 Forsale TEXAS TITLE!

Here's the scoop I'm selling my 1987 HJ 60.

pics available at
http://joshjohnson.com/hj60

327,000 KM (approx 203000 miles)
automatic transmission

Things I've done in the past 4 months
- new water pump and some new hoses
- new OME shocks
- new rear carpet (cargo and tailgate)
- 2 oil changes
- new spare tire carrier
- obtained legal Texas title

PO has done some rust repair they said. I don't know any more than that. It's solid and only has minor rust currently. It is a canadian vehicle after all. He also replaced some of the components of the hand brake. The story is it was owned it's whole life by a Doctors wife who had all service performed by toyota. I can't confirm this though. It does appear to have new glow plugs though.

I've been averaging about 19MPG and I can get 21 if I keep my foot out of it on the highway. I've added diesel additive to every tank. Don't know about PO though.
The engine runs like a top and is super strong. It 'feels' really good that is. The transmission is very smooth. Smoother than my fj62!
BTW I have A/C components from an FJ60 that I intended to install but never got around to it. I'll include those w/ the vehicle too.

It's in Plano TX if you want to see it/drive it. Just call me or email me. Please don't PM me because I do not frequent this forum very much.

1994 pickup, DX 4wd, 22re 65,000 miles in NH/ME

1994 DX, Black, 5 speed, 22RE, 4wd 65,000 miles.

Bought it at the end of March with 60k on it. installed a Sony single CD XM ready headunit and changed the oil twice.

Solid truck...no frame rot, new fuel tank and all new fuel lines. the tailgate has rust along the bottom, but I can include a replacement (new, unpainted) for another $90. Only other blem on the truck is a tiny bit of bubbling on the lip of the front drivers fender.

Only thing the truck needs is front pads (I can include these as well....if no one buys the truck within a few weeks, they'll be on already LOL).

$5000
