2 weeks left and it becomes a bush buggy. first to go will be the AC...
someone buy this thing.

Bush buggy?
My 81 would be a much better bush buggy!

I will ask my girlfriend if she wants it.
She has a BJ55 (FJ55 with turbo 3B).
It is 85% done in the resto.
But she wants more creature comforts.
She wants to sell the BJ55 once she finishes the resto.
She is sick of the project.
I keep telling her she is almost done....

Anyways, I will mention it to her.
Best of luck.

Cheers,
Nick

thanks Nick, i am sure the HDJ81 would be a great bugy as i had mentioned in the calls back and forth but she likes a roof over her head...
best of luck in selling your rig as well...
cheers

Over 1,000 hits and only one lead? What seems to be the issue? I've got a company car now, and want this out of my garage. I'll entertain reasonable offers.

Cruzer, unfortunately it is probably the lack of lockers...If it had the lockers I would be very interested, as I imagine many more would be. GL on the sale...seems like selling a vehicle is tough everywhere right now.

I suspect you are right about the lockers. But, I think there are a lot of people out there that don't off-road hard core enough to truly need them.

I had a 93 when I lived in Grand Junction, CO that didn't have lockers. I had a great time doing a lot of off roading with it there, and in Moab, without lockers.

I haven't even had this one off road, so I obviously didn't need them.

The bed size is 5X8. It would make a perfect sleeper conversion. I've towed it behind my 96-80, and it tows down the interstate great. It's even better off-road. Yes, i still have it.
