I think I know what you’re referencing but that was Flagpole, which is also technically a road. One would think that would also stand up to an insurance company. Likely more so than a warranty even.

Talked to him yesterday. And asked him if he was going to claim it. He only has liability

I said buy another swap parts. He said he is going to fix it. The frame was just replaced. The sad part is he had it repainted a year ago by a mutual friend. He called her to get a repair price and she said it’s totaled.
