Aaron thanks for the reply, I'm looking for a place that specializes in FJ62 as I'm considering a possible refurb at the same time
Thanks for the feedback will check them out

If it were a 60, it might be worth it...but since it just a 62...![]()
ya got some jelousy drippin off yer lip there...
Thanks I wil try and reach out to Poor Wally a lot closer than LAIn that case, on the West Coast there is also Georg (@orangefj45 ) at Valley Hybrid in Stockton (up near SF) and Torfab (@torfab ) in Seattle...
Here's Torfab at work on a current project:

And if you go back to that Poor Wally link I put up above, if you go to the last post (most recent post) of that thread, it looks like there was a MUD member who went to Poor Wally this summer! If you shoot him a PM, he might be able to give you the lowdown on what Wally's up to...

that's why you gotta stick an H42 behind the 3FE( we can't all afford the 5 speed...) the manual really wakes up that platform. course, I also have manual doors and windows on my late 87 FJ62, so it's not terribly different from an fj60- just doses the fuel better, and square headlight are brighter
