Finally unpacked my hobby stuff... and got to work on door hinges. Fiddly work forming up small metal and installing very tiny bolts.
I use these small bolts to accent/install the hinges. The hex heads are so nice, although not quite JIS.
First I glue down the hinges in the proper alignment then I drill out the bolt holes.
Then the bolts are glued in. They end up adding to the strength of the hinge as a type of pin.
