The back bumper was custom made to look stock. The rear tire carrier is a 4Plus Product. 4PlusProducts | FJ40 | Tire Carriers

I can't remember the size off hand, but its the same size as the FJ45 long bed or FJ45 Troopy. I think 114 inches.
