It has been slow going on the LV. Back in September, I was in a mountain biking accident in Crested Butte, CO. I broke 7 ribs, three of them in multiple places. It me a while to get back to building.
Right before I had left for my Colorado trip, we got a new puppy, “ Lily “ she’s a rockstar! But time consuming, almost like having a new baby.
Then...
The LV got a friend which was a little bit of a distraction ; ). Picked up a 1966 Fj45 pickup, Australian right hand drive.
Even came with some “vintage” crusty roaches in the ashtray, and a sweet Kiss keychain!

Started to rebuild all of the door hinges.
Had to heat and beat the pins out.
Rebuilding them with bronze bushings And SOR stainless steal Fj40 pins

You didn’t want to keep the massive water tank on the back the 45 haha

Glad your feeling better. Even left you some some roaches in the ash tray to smoke when your working on it.

I was told it was a diesel tank to fill up tractors on the farm.

Lily is a rockstar...just waiting to ride shotgun in the 45LV and pickup.
@phat73cruiser - need an update pic on the LV. (ok, maybe one of Lily the 'Land Cruiser puppy' too).
