For Sale FJ40 Project with Aqualu tub, painted and ready for assembly

A customer of ours gave up his restoration plans and asked us to sell it for him. Here's what we know about it:

  1. Frame was coated in POR-15 before the tub was assembled
  2. axles were gone through and coated in POR-15
  3. new bushings and body mounts installed
  4. new aqualu aluminum tub was joined with the firewall and painted
  5. fenders, hood, cowl, etc were painted
  6. tub was bolted to frame
  7. Engine joined with SM465 and stock t-case bolted in frame
  8. needs to be assembled from there
  9. It's a 1973
  10. 350 V8 small block
  11. disk brakes in the front
  12. drums in the rear
  13. there's no top for it
  14. comes with seats

The project will come with all necessary parts to assemble, but I haven't personally gone through all the hardware, etc. There's no rust anywhere, it's a blank canvass for you to do with as you please. This is a great deal for someone who wants to build a fresh FJ40 from the ground up. If we weren't booked out for a year, then I would build this up for someone, but I don't want it to get stale in the meantime.

He wants me to get as close to $12k as possible, as he has over 25k invested in parts and body work alone.

What year is it?

Are the brakes all set up on the axles?

Disc brakes front & rear?

Clean title?

Is that a GM 350 motor?

Are the motor mounts welded in or is the V8 easily "reversible" if the buyer wanted to go back to a I6?

Pics and descriptions of all the parts that come with it, please.

Top, sides, doors, seats, etc?

Bummer, I guess some people get burned out I guess. Great start for someone else though.
