PO removed parking brake handle and brackets. Cable and brake parts are all still there. Where should I get a new handle? And can I get something from a different vehicle at my local junk yard that would work?

Look in the Classifieds and/or put a post up in the "Wanted" section.

Those don't rust much, so there should be one in a stash near to you...wherever that is.

A ton of people should have them, if not, you should be able to pull one from an early 80s toyota pickup, I also hear the 90's Isuzu Trooper has the same style...

If its a floor style, then you can easily adopt many options. If its a dash mounted on the right of the steering wheel, then look in scrap yards.
I got mine stripped when I bought the Cruiser, so I got one from a fellow mud member. Still need to swap them as currently I use a big rubber wheel chock from the 18-wheeler as my parking brake. Kind of inconvenient to press the brake pedal with right foot, get leaned out of the door and kick the boot out of the wheel with my left foot. Should look pretty funny from outside too... :)
