Way to goodOne of my faves...
SO true! My HOA says as long as it has a valid plate or is covered up they do not care. My old HOA was anything that look like it needed to be towed."I would love to keep it but my wife would prefer to have the space in the garage back and I don't have time to work on it"

That makes you a post padder.i'm commentless.
Honesty is always the best policy. Some people just don't have respect for the rest of us. Too bad but hopefully, he is alone in that philosophy.Just an FYI, I had somebody who is a vendor on here (although not a popular one these days) tell me face to face that as a seller it is not his job or responsibly to share with potential buyers anything wrong with the Cruisers he sells.
I was actually interviewing for a job with him and I was like, nope, not working for you.
He also owns a Land Cruiser shop.
Cheers

MANY many years ago I started discussions with a very well-known parts vendor about rebuilding transfer cases for them. I gave them a quote, and they told me how much less they were paying for their rebuilds with their then-current supplier. I punched up some numbers in my calculator and told them I knew what they WEREN’T replacing for that price, and that I wouldn’t match it, because the job would only last long enough to get through the warranty .
Their reply: if we did it your way, we wouldn’t make any money on the vehicles!
le sigh.
You sir, are in fact "rich", in integrity.Yup, used to encounter this all the time with my previous business. I heard it many times,
“Why is your price $10k and the other guys $5k?”
My reply was always, because it is not the same thing you are buying.
I have landed many a job in that career by being the most expensive. We always delivered as well which in turn got me the reputation of being the most expensive but also the best quality.
It seems like integrity is a rare thing these days and everything is about making money. I have always made the making money part #2 not #1. Which is probably why at 48yrs old I am not rich.
Cheers
