Thanks for looking into this @Brian/99uzj100. Much appreciated. I’ve ordered many variations of thermo snap switches ranging from 70 degrees Celsius up to 85. Based on the “caution” statement, it looks like 80 degrees Celsius is the spec for the 1976/77 California spec carb cooling fan stock switch.

I am running a Carb Fan 16360-61023 with a 85927-60010 controller/computer timer connected to my home made snap switch as shown. Works perfectly.
