I'm not a fan of where this headed, but ....are you taking these pictures or are they being supplied to you?
In your last post the pictures are absolutely correct for a 25, that is a 25 VIN plate and the frame and motor number indicate a 1960 production run FJ25. The picture of the block number corresponds to the VIN plate. However, the VIN plate pictures were absolutely taken while they were mounted to a FJ25 cowl, the screws, insulated line, and black firewall tell me that.........but that blue tub in the previous pictures is simply not an FJ25 tub. It's quite possible that current engine block is the 25 block, but if it is, it would have to be a 2F head on it. I've never had occasion to try that trick, but I suppose anything is possible.
Only way to determine if it is a FJ25 frame at this point is to see pics of the frame from below, especially the crossmember and suspension mounting points but honestly those have likely been molested too. In short, it's now a Frankencruiser.
I do like that it's only 4 production numbers off from my 25's though.
