You better!!! :bounce: :bounce2:

Gimme a shout on the cell after you cross the FL/GA state line. (We'll meet someplace secluded so nobody sees me in my 25 talking to someone in a Dodge Caravan.  )

I have two plans for you steve.

A. Change license plates, put a bezel on the front, wear dark glasses and a wig (if your anything like me put any hair on your head and no one will know who you are:rolleyes: )

B. Rent your own Dodge Caravan to meet.

I think B would be the safest. Any cruiser and people will notice, but two mini vans:rolleyes: . I'm sure you see my point.

C. Leave my head bald, throw a hillbilly hardtop on my 25, tow it behind a Toyota Tundra, and tell Jim that I'm you. :D

That would work, I've worked real hard to keep my ugly mug off internet, so I'm sure he wouldn't know the difference.

Funny thing about that hillbilly top I only keep it on there to store it outside with a trap over it. Of course this winter we haven't even had any snow at all. But if we ever do it stays dry inside. I hate to think of all the time and money I've spent storing all this stuff over the years. With only a two car garage in Phoenix I ran out of under cover space years ago.:crybaby: My wife just loves cruiser parts in every room of the house.

I don't think it would make better probably make it worse for both of us. They find out that other wifes are not happy about it either. I didn't say she was happy about it with the(roll eyes sarcastic) The only thing that helps is I had my first cruiser for fourteen years before we got together.

The next CMCC??

Jim or Mike . . . what are the exact dates (and any other info you got) for the 2006 CMCC??

Thursday, June 15 to Saturday June 17 Hazleton, PA: http://www.gclcny.com/

Hmmm, maybe I shouldn't be fooling with license plate brackets right now and should be working on Krusty.

Got it. Thanks!! (Yes, I'm actually seriously contemplating it. Which even includes a willingness to drill some holes for a roll bar. )

ya, we all had to do it. A stock FJ40 roll bar fits nicely. Just be sure to space the spreaders out the same width as the main bar.

Fortunately, I just happen to have one I can borrow from my '78. Thanks for the mounting tip. :)

Any one going to Moab? Cruiser Chick has us registered and reservations, the Office says they'll try to get me two weeks off, my future is so bright I'm gonna get shades! We have not decided on the 60 or lx450 though...no 25 this year

I've been trying to get back to Cruise Moab for the nearly six years I've been down here. (Never missed one when I was still in Phoenix.) Obviously, getting one my Cruisers there would be the challenge (4200 miles roundtrip).

However, one year I was there, a bunch of east coast Cruiserheads pitched in on a vehicle transport company to ship their 7-8 rigs to Moab while they flew out there. (Must be nice to have that kind of coin in your pocket. ) But, it's almost tempting at this point. I really miss that place. :frown:

Like FoxFab . . . . some day. :crybaby:

We're going to Moab...Me & Cruiserchick too. Trying to decide whether to drive or tow the Pig. Where you gonna stay? (just so we can stay someplace else)

So Steve how long a drive is it from Phoenix? I did a turn-around up to Salt Lake City a couple of years ago, only took 24 hours and that's with sleeping a couple of hours in the truck. I could probably tow the white one up for some mild wheeling. I should have the stock wheels with the tires I'm getting by then. Won't like it be seen with the chrome rims it has now:o . That one already has a full rollcage in it.

I'm working on getting fired this year......... :D Without that though, I'd give it a go for 2007. Is it hot out there? I start to melt if it goes over 70* or so. :princess:

She came with a tow rig? Keeper! We hope to get there a couple days early...We'll see if you've saved enough Karma to avoid us....

I'm sure between a couple of us there would be pleanty of vehicles to drive or ride. I honestly have much more fun riding with different folks on the trail.

It's funny just last week I got to talk to the original owner of my 64.. He sold it to a family friend 2 years ago that had hopes of bringing it back to it's glory days but realized it was too much for him. Anyway main reason I wanted to talk to the orig owner was to find out if he had the tool kit which he did :D he kept it from the family friend due to it was his only grease gun for his lawn mower and metric tools. He agreed it should go live with the crusier... Major score ;p In talking to him for over an hour he told me how he had pretty much taken it over every pass and 4wd road in colorado and how he really loved 4 wheeling. He told me how it took it out to canyonlands and did elephant hill and white rim road among others in the 60's. Talk about desolate back then, not many folks traveled out to the mecca we know as moab. His 64 is really stock with a pto.. Said in all the years he had the pto he only used it 1 time. There were some old colorado maps in the glovebox where he had enginner, cinnamon, black bear highlighted with his travels. I might be able to get the old 4x4 books from him since he siad he's to old for that stuff anymore and was glad he did it while he could. He's looking for the stock bumperettes and a few other items that he kept but said he thought he tossed them a few years ago. Having them 30 years he figured he didn't need them anymore but would look to see what he had. He also said he has a cherry camaro still in the garage :)

I'm guessing you 2 related?
