I'd spend about 8 hours of actual driving time trailering my FJ40 from Phoenix to Moab. (That's going up through Flag, Tuba City, Blanding, etc.) A little longer if you take a side trip to Canyonlands on the way, which is a must if you've never been there.Living in the Past said:So Steve how long a drive is it from Phoenix?
In any case, it's a gorgeous drive up there, especially going through Monument Valley and southeast Utah.
You haven't been to Moab yet, John? Set me aside an extra Cruiser, a way to get it up there, and I will show you the way, my son.

. If I remember correctly that blue one (SA spec) came with a red one from someone who made transfer case savers. Jim you were the one who gave me the link to the guys FJ25 restore site before he sold them to Phil. You know back when Phil was cornering the market on FJ25s until he realized there is no market for the FJ25s. Just a few lost souls.
