I'd call Cruiser Outfitters. They hooked me up with parts for my transfer case rebuild. Those guys really know their stuff. They stock the good Japanese aftermarket and stock parts you'll need.

We would love to help @ Cruiser Outfitters. We have plenty of kits in stock and they can ship as soon as tomorrow morning. We've used these same kits here in the shop for countless rebuilds here in the shop too.

Beyond the overhaul kits, we stock every seal, bearing, shaft and gear individually and complete new cases too!

Thank you sir!!!!

Yes we have the rebuild kits and different gear sets in stock and ready to ship.
We don’t just sell these parts, but we strictly work on cruisers all day, every day. That includes lots of Tcase rebuilds and re-gear work.

Happy to help!

Old thread but @cruiseroutfit do you guys rebuild cases from out of the area in your shop? IE can you ship a case? I’m in Ohio and have a buddy traveling out your way and can drop off the case but would need it shipped back via Grainger or something like that.

Absolutely! We ship them regularly via UPS, T-Force and Estes.

Ok great! What’s the best way to contact in regards to pricing, plan, etc?
Shoot the team an email and they will get right back with you on details. Info@cruiseroutfitters.com

Are you wanting any high or low range gearing as well or a standard rebuild?
I will do that. And yes I’m going to want the low range gearing done, but see that gear set is out of stock. :/

I've bought parts from both Cruiser Outfitters and Valley Hybrids, and emailed and talked with both of them. They are both 10/10 and you can't go wrong with either one. I would confidently trust parts, advice, and work from either one. Both are outstanding.
If you are doing the T-case work yourself, you Must watch the four part transfer case rebuild video series posted by Timmy the Toolman on YouTube and featuring Georg from Valley Hybrids. That series is phenomenal, and I could not have done my rebuild (certainly not as easily or as well) without that series. Big ups to Georg for taking the time to participate in that and share his depth of knowledge with us shade tree mechanics.

We have a few variations of the 3.1:1. A bunch of sets just got used up building kits and complete cases so we may have a rebuilt case with low range gears ready to ship. You'd send your core. The Sumo 3.1:1 gears should be back on the website soon but you can call/email and order anytime.
