I had to burn one of these out after pretty much destroying it with channel locks. I put some o-ring lubricant in there, maybe it will help for next timeAlmost busted my ass pulling this out.Cleaned up and new seals:

Stereo, amp, fridge, old Puma compressor, daytime running lights, aux fan relay and pressure switch wiring, winch cables, HID wiring and under-hood lighting. Some of which I never took the time to reduce the excess harnesses when adding them on. Relay and pressure switch wiring for aux fan gets tossed, Puma wiring getting tossed and the rest to get back in there with a much reduced foot print. I am pondering adding an aux fuse panel, but am going to try and do without. Some wires will now be able to share a wiring loom and that will reduce redundancy.Big improvement! Was most of this aftermarket? I'm digging in there at some point to clean the area up but don't see near the wires under the crappy CC and battery tray on mine.

Thank you very much. I enjoy it and just hope it all runs when done lol.Dude, you’re crushing it. Great work all around.
You've done a lot and with a lot of attention to detail. I think that will pay dividends. Clean rig and even cleaner work performed.Thank you very much. I enjoy it and just hope it all runs when done lol.
Nice work, what tape are you using for the wiring at the end of the loom?Photoman's bracket with a 150 amp alternator goes in once the head is back on. I need the extra amps to keep up with my sound system, my voltage was dropping to much at full thump.![]()
