Slowly getting there. Lots of crumbly loom in the trash, 3rd party harnesses getting reduced in size that I would just toss in there whole, and removing/relocating things no longer needed ect. I will be converting the Aux fan to ACC and manually switched at the dash. Previously it was wired in with the AC pressure switch. I no longer like this because the fan runs too long after engine off.

Locker and cruise control wiring had sections with no heat protection from the factory(?), so added some in this location and beefed up the surrounding harnesses while in there.

Starter cable and block ground received some love:

Big improvement! Was most of this aftermarket? I'm digging in there at some point to clean the area up but don't see near the wires under the crappy CC and battery tray on mine.

Stereo, amp, fridge, old Puma compressor, daytime running lights, aux fan relay and pressure switch wiring, winch cables, HID wiring and under-hood lighting. Some of which I never took the time to reduce the excess harnesses when adding them on. Relay and pressure switch wiring for aux fan gets tossed, Puma wiring getting tossed and the rest to get back in there with a much reduced foot print. I am pondering adding an aux fuse panel, but am going to try and do without. Some wires will now be able to share a wiring loom and that will reduce redundancy.

Dude, you’re crushing it. Great work all around.
Thank you very much. I enjoy it and just hope it all runs when done lol.

You've done a lot and with a lot of attention to detail. I think that will pay dividends. Clean rig and even cleaner work performed.

Oil cooler back on with new gaskets. Cooler 12ft lbs, cover 15ft lbs, relief valve 27ft lbs.

You are doing a thorough job 👍🏼

DEI sleeve for front locker harness and EGR pipe. Part# 010404 1-1/4"x3ft was a perfect amount to do both.

Photoman's bracket with a 150 amp alternator goes in once the head is back on. I need the extra amps to keep up with my sound system, my voltage was dropping to much at full thump. 😁

Installed pulley and set the bushing flush on the stock alternator bracket:

Opened up the alternator harness to reroute the wires and wrapped everything back up. I also started wrapping the rest of the harness on the drivers side.

Nice work, what tape are you using for the wiring at the end of the loom?

Finished up the main front harness side:
