Hey whats up everybody... this is my first post and I just wanted to introduce myself and my rig. My dad and I have both recently been bitten by the cruiser bug. We both have 1974 FJ40's... the main difference is that we completely tore his apart and restored it, and mine was pretty much bought in the condition it is in. Oh ya... his has a 350 turbo and mine is the original "F" engine, thats really quite a noticable difference, especially when you are driving them...lol. Anyways, I came across this forum and wish I had sooner because we could have been saved a lot of frustration in some pretty basic cruiser knowledge that is posted on here daily. Anyway, glad to be aboard. I will tell my dad to get on here too. Here are some pics of our rigs. The first two are his, and the third is mine... enjoy!
