If you want a smoother ride try lower tire pressures, road/passenger tires or new shocks for possible minor improvements, if you want to see major improvement then simply sell the large, heavy, solid axle, 4wd SUV you bought and get a passenger car.collector_edi said:FlyRod: Any pictures? Do you have stock suspension? I am going to purchase tires in a week and am torn between going with a bigger stock Michelin or trying Revos. I am also going to replace the shocks with Bilsteins.
Any other impressions from making the move from Michelins to Revos? I think the stock shocks and my worn Michelins are contributing to a ride that is not absorbing the bumps very well. I want a better tire and am wondering if going to the 285's will contribute to a stiffer ride and take me in the opposite direction of making the ride more comfortable.
