Finally... a daily driver

I am going to use your idea for the door panels. They look very good, and clean. Where can you get that ABS sheet? Hardware store?

I got it at an upholstery supply place but have since seen it at building supply. Comes in 4x4 sheets. I cut it with a jigsaw then painted it with Med. Gray Fusion vinyl spray paint by Krylon. It's pretty easy (after all I could do it) then I just trimmed it with some door molding and side molding from Pep Boys (just to add a little bling to the top edge). Then just stick it on with the tape.
