These tires from Falken are brand new. Has anybody installed these on their 60series?

I may want to consider the 255/85r16 but they a rated C… 😕

Would like to see them rated E

Why rated E on a 60?
That 255/85R16 is very skinny. Can't get the load rating on a skinny tire unless it can handle the load. A fully loaded
60 series is a heavy rig. If you want to control how much stuff you have, keeping extra steel bumpers and winches
and all the extras to a bare minimum you would be okay.
This a the spec sheet at the bottom with all the sizes. I personally require E rated tire because my truck comes in a
close to 6000 lbs loaded. The forces of blasted rock roads on treads is devastating to tires.
For the 98% of these trucks that spend 98% of their time on the streets and easy dirt roads. C rated tires are fine.
I'm a tire nerd, if I see a tire on a truck I go check it out, look at the size and rating and compare it to the truck it's on.
Learn by example. Some trucks sure look city, but damn if they don't spend more than their fair share of time out
in the boonies getting beat. Never judge a truck by how dirty it is....

@cruiserpilot said it all.

And on a overlanding vehicles, this is what I want. Better safe than sorry.
