^ Roger that. I have a little kit I've put together and started taking with me when I go to look at a rig now...with a magnet and a microfiber towel in it! Top advice. It's getting harder and harder to walk away from them after a drive...even in terrible shape they are stout and fun and feel like they could go anywhere as-is.

If you find the right one a $2500 premium to get what you want is negligible in the long run. If you buy one that is a pig in lipstick, a bad buy is going to cost alot to make right.
 
Yeah, I would not pay any where near 15k for that. It has been driving around in the New England salt far too often. If you're seeing rust in the rocker panel and rear tub like that, those panels and everything underneath are GONE. If you want to spend that much, start looking in the southeast where salt is non-existent. Then, garage it all winter. I park mine is September and it comes out of hibernation in May or so.
