time to start reading.

We're here. The last couple months we have been down to 2 people (myself and one other person), from a normal 5 person team (even with 5 people we were spread very thin). We have been putting 110% of our time into production and getting orders out as quickly as we possibly can and regrettably have put communications off which was a bad judgement call on my part. Very sorry guys, we are doing our best to keep up with orders right now and get back to everyone as quickly as possible.
