Yes full aluminum and only 6 bolts that hold it to to roof mounts.. should be finished tomorrow and off to powder.

I didn't like the color, too grayish wanted it more black.... SO>>>>>>>>>>>>> I sanded it down and painted.. NOW that the rear bar and rack is finished I'll remove the front (winch, lights, bar.. AGAIN) and sending everything to the coater Monday to get blasted and powdered to match my sliders. Medium texture satin black.

Spent some time for me today and to get laser and machining files cleaned up and off the to-do list...

ELE will get a set of these to replace the worn out stockers in 2 weeks once they come off the mill. Also a new set of my new CrMo turnbuckle RUCAs.

7075 Aluminum RLCA will get a stop shim washer at the Currie Johnny Joint and a cross drilled sleeved poly bushing set on the other end.
