That was all missing when i bought it! I think the owner removed it because he put a chevy wiper motor in? Time to fab because that was a 63, 64 only cowl vent!

That's right. It wouldn't have fit with that giant wiper motor. It has a stock motor in now so I'll put in something. I don't know the lever will fit with the heater in the center.
