Wanted Early FJ40/45 Rear View Mirror (1 Viewer)

Looking for the early 40series (63ish to 67) rear view mirror with the 3bolt mount--complete or just the mount. This is for a 67fj45, so technically the -60020 version, but I could also make the previous -60011 work.
