Hello Guys I have a 1975 SOA fj55 , I need a long spline front drive shaft (5inches is good )
I"m thinking a fj80 front DS ? But what are the bolt patterns ? Can i put my ujoint end on the Fj80 ? Are the ujoints the same size ? on most Landcruisers ? Thanks I did search ,

This thread and this pic should help you figure it out. Sorry too tired to go out and measure my 80. I will tell you that I have a 1st Gen Tacoma DC rear driveshaft on the front of my 80.

I haven't installed it yet but I got this. The bolt pattern on the flange does not match a standard 40 pattern so had to get a round flange and drill holes.

Thanks guys that is just what I needed , That long spline is out of stock , When i do find it they want $450.00
Must be a sign of the times
How about the ujoints ? I was hoping to just change the end of DS ?

The DC shaft you asked me about has 4” of travel on the slipyoke.
