DIY Rhino or line-x?

I saw U-Pol's Raptor Liner at a show over the summer and was pretty impressed with it. Much nicer than the roll-on stuff I've seen in the past. Can't say how it holds up over time, though. You can get a kit from TP Tools that includes the product and a spray gun for it.

I guess it depends on what you are doing with it. I just did Durabak on by lower body and rockers. Seems pretty tough and application was easy. My guess is that a pick up bed liner that's seeing more abuse could use the spray on by the pros.

I used durabak and I am pretty happy with it. You can email durabak and get a sample to help you decide.

Al's liners

I have a couple of these type of products in my store. It just depends on what you are looking for in application and price.
When I went to SEMA a couple of weeks ago there was a product called Al's liner that is the closest thing I have seen to the real stuff rhino and linex do and its a DIY kit (spary or roll on).He said it was 90.00 a kit which puts it right in the park with everything else price wise but looks to be a little better quality wise.
So i'm bringing some in to the store but I know 4wheel parts is selling it. check out www.alsliner.com site.

I just did my roof with grizzly grip and that worked well. The color is a bit off but application was easy and the look of the product on the metal has grown on me.

Time will tell on durability but the price was right.

X2 for the Raptor. Extremely easy and fantastic results!

X3 :)

My shop used to be a Rhino Dealer, but we have since switched over to U-Pol because it's a better product and much cheaper

I use it on everything I own (and I ain't kidding!!)

I'm pleased with the Herculiner....for the most part.

I used it in my 74 FJ40 buildup...the interior has held up really well. However, the bumpers have sun-faded in just less than a year. They're still tough and durable...but the color has faded pretty bad.

Easy to apply, toxic as all heck, and a mess to clean up :)

Best of luck!!

Does Herculiner come with UV inhibitors? If not I wonder if an occasional application of 303 UV Inhibitor would prevent it from fading?
