Hey guys,

Does anyone have a picture of their F135 engine distributor? I am trying to see if mine is lined up correctly or if it is a tooth or two off.

As you can see, my distributor vacuum line is interfering with my dip stick and it feels as though it needs to rotate further counter clockwise to time correctly.

Thanks,

Posted this question in your other thread: is that the original vacuum advance dizzy or did it have a vacuum retard dizzy? On my ‘64 vintage motor, I barely have clearance for the non-USA OEM vacuum advance dizzy (from cityracer) with the dip stick, so thinking you’re in the same boat. The vacuum retard came off the other side of the dizzy, so no interference. Just a thought/guess.

Sorry still shot from a video:

I had posted a pre-dizzy adjustment pic by mistake earlier. This is how it is now after I figured out the octane adjustment knob was not at spec and that was causing the timing to be way off and the dizzy over clocked.

Kind of hard to see in this pic but mine‘s very similar to @red66toy ’s. I have the non-USA dizzy from city-racer so the vac advance hose comes in on the top of the diaphram.
