Hi Benc,

Bumper looks awesome, most definitely like to get one. When installing, any issue with the airbag sensors?

How do i order?
No issue with the air bag sensors.
I just sent you a pm. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks

Where does that relay plug in? I've heard somewhere under the steering column but I'm not sure how to get to it. I've had the 'hyper-flash' problem for about 6mon now because I haven't found the time to put resistors in.

I'm not 100% sure but it should be on the drivers side somewhere. You normally can track them down pretty easily by turning on the flashers and listen for it.

Mosquito testing was successful!! No damage to the bumper!

So when is someone going to grow a pair and use their winch??:flipoff2: I'm curious to see how this bumper holds up under load. Post some pics!

No winching yet, but I did get to use the front receiver to put my popup camper back in its hole the other day after airing it out for this coming weekend. My driveway is wide, but steep and there's a pretty big dogleg turn to get it into the carport.

I haven't had enough consistent practice maneuvering a trailer in reverse to back it in without stressing about hitting the house or carport or other obstacles. (A bunch of stress is just how you want to end a camping trip, right?) Plus the angles of the driveway and the rear windows make the doing the dogleg pretty close to blind with my nontechnical wife shouting instructions as my spotter. (Add marital stress to the list.) I've gotten better at it, but the first few times I parked it, I was reminded of the old Highlife commercial: guy raking leaves, drinking his beer and shaking his head in shame at his neighbor's poor trailer parking skills. (Performance anxiety.) Well, my neighbor across the street was doing yard work and stopped to watch while I pushed the trailer in front ways. I could see everything while doing the maneuver and put the trailer right where I wanted on the first try. I got out to unhitch and my neighbor called out. "Hey, that's cheating." I smiled big and said "I know."

One of the best $100 I've spent. Thanks for the option Ben.

Send me a winch I'll mount and report back hahaahahahhahahahahaahahahhahaha

LOL! I'm open to that as well. If someone would send me a winch, I would be happy to do some hard pulls. However, the winch then stays on my 100! :flipoff2:

I guess it's time for an update on the rest of the orders.

I was hopping to be finished in June but it didn't happen. I have 5 left to build out of the first batch of 30 and and I am going to try and get those done this next week/ weekend.
Thanks again for all your patience!!!

Another happy customer! Thanks Rick! It was great meeting you today.

Here is his 03 lx with the bullets and flush mounts. We also tried out the flasher for the led blinkers that grundsethp linked, it worked perfect.

Whats an ideal LIte Weight winch to put in this?

Probably want a 10k or more for our heavy rigs.

FYI a Superwinch Talon 12.5k won't fit without relocating the control box.

Warn VR12000 fits nicely. Control box has to go under the hood though.

SmittyBilt X2O 12.5k fit pretty good. Control box required me to cut a notch out of the metal trim under the front grille.

The smittybilt 10k or 12k h20 are the only ones that I know of that will fit inside the bumper with the control box mounted to the winch. Most other winches will require remote mounting of the control box. Very common with a low profile bumper like this.
