Prismatic powders will send you color samples for free I believe. That may be your best bet. But the two tone bumper with the cobra charcoal center looks like it may be close.
 
They sent samples when I had the wheels done. But that time, I wasn't matching anything... just picking a color I liked. This time... wow... looking at greys on a monitor, factoring in the metal flake, the 144 grays (after filtering for metal flake) Prismatic has... gonna be a whole lot harder.
 
I contacted them and let them know my stock color and let them know that it was a hard match due to the metallic flakes. They sent me a whole bunch of swatches. Just make sure they know you are an ACTUAL CUSTOMER getting your Dissent bumper painted and you need their help to get the color Right, and not wasting their time.
 
I went down to a local shop that already had prismatic powder coat chips and found the closest match I could. My bumper is a pretty close match for my rims. Finding chips/swatches is going to be your best bet. Online pix didn't help much and I never would have picked the right color based on the pictures.
 
So here is the newest shipping method. This takes almost as long as building the bumper:)
Originally I was not planing on crating them to keep shipping cost down but the coated were getting damaged. So now any bumper being powder coated will get the crate. Also I'm not sure if I will be able to ship any of the bull bars coated and guarantee there will be no damage to the powder.
It's now looking like shipping for the coated bumpers will be $200-250, the uncoated will be $130-175 and the DIY will be $110-130. Still right at the same price as freight but the bumpers have been getting to the customer in a week or less and freight is 2-3 weeks.

I'm very interested to hear how this nozzle works, in particular with respect to overspray. I could stand another coat on the lip behind my bumper, but was too excited and bolted on my bumper after one quickly brushed on coat of enamel to cover bare metal exposed from the OEM bumper.
 
Just got the lip behind the bumper blacked out. Putting the bumper on again to check gaps and a couple of loose ends then start on the guards.
Still haven't decided if I powder coat, paint or liner it!

And here is a pic of the tubes I welded inside the frame as sleeves for the bolts. A bit messier than I would like but it's solid! Had to clean quite a bit inside to be able to weld, too dirty!

Question: are you guys cutting the L shaped tabs off that are under the lights or bending them? I think I'm getting some contact at times.
