There are no instructions other than the thread Ben recently made.Savirc, Are there instructions how to assemble and install the swingout assembly on the rear bumper (the part with the bearings etc.)?
Did you first assemble everything on the truck to make sure everything fits and then tear it apart for powder coating? That’s what I’m planning to do. Just trying to understand how easy it would be to disassemble the swingout assembly before powder coat. There are no instructions other than the thread Ben recently made.
I got the bumper relatively early on IPO and there was no instructions. It's not difficult tho, if you lay the parts out they make sense. I know there is a lot of them but they make sense when you lay them out. I've now installed two of these bumpers and two swing arms.Savirc, Are there instructions how to assemble and install the swingout assembly on the rear bumper (the part with the bearings etc.)?

I think you definitely want either flood or driving lights there since they are angled to the sides a bit and are meant to illuminate the sides of the trail. Spot lights are designed for longer throw which I don't see working at all in this application. Thanks @ibrahim83
Are you guys going with spots or floods in your 3x3 cutouts?
I was leaning floods, but wanted a second opinion. I'll be running a spot/flood combo 20" light bar up front as well.
I went with rigid floods. They're perfect for the off axis setup on the bumper. My bixenon hid low/high and led highs take care of the straight ahead lighting. It all creates an almost 180 degree beam horizontally and the floods light up the trees as well. Thanks @ibrahim83

If i ever need light straight ahead, I'll buy a light bar, which is highly unlikely at this point.
Finally got some time to finish up all the wiring and shimming. Granted I had my install frustrations, I am very happy with the end result. Ben makes one good looking bumper!
@ibrahim83 I like your idea for the control box mount. For right now I just zip tied mine to the winch. I will relocate it to under the hood when I have more free time.

I really like the updated bumpers flat and recessed winch design.
Is your truck white? can you take another image a little further back? looks great by the way!
Guardcompany, any reason you left the first piece of the skid plate system off? The piece that ties the skids to the Dissent bumper. Now you just got a hole there.
looks awesome. did you leave the side moldings tan or paint them? Sorry to keep asking for more pictures, it just looks great!

When I ordered mine in January, Ben quoted 8-12 weeks. Can't remember exactly but I think it was closer to 8 weeks when I got mine. What's the normal lead time for the front bumper?
