Hey Destin:
It is a small world. I am a regular on the 40 and 80 boards but last weekend, my stepdaughter was using my computer and left her FB page up on the screen and I happened to notice a post there about your build. So during the week, I have been reading your story with great interest...sometimes at 2 or 3 in the AM. Excellent attention to detail and just so impressed with your tenacity to get ur done. Truly inspires me to get to work on my 40 which I have had for many years. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for all the good info and for the inspiration. Even with the setback on the motor, it must feel great to know that when you are done, you will basically have a rig that is better than new. Looking forward to the rest of the story.

Hey man!

Small world indeed!

Thanks for the kind words my friend, it has been a long time coming, more photos to come when it is up and running :D

Is your step daughter of friend of mine on facebook?
again small world indeed :D

Cheers!

I guess I would need to know your name on FB to check her friends list. Her name is Katie Harris. I was just really surprised to see something cruiser related on her page. I think it may have been someone she knew who knew you and that person posted up the link to your build thread or something and said they were proud of you or something for the work you had been doing on the rig. I was able to go right to your build thread from there.
