So over the covid years I got rid of all my piggies.....except for the 2 I thought had the most potential to restore. I went to check on them in the pasture yesterday to remind myself what the heck I have! Looks like a 73 (titled as a 74 but vin plate says 73 and has a 3 speed and no big bump hood...) and a 76.

The 73 has a random v8 (vaguely remember the PO saying it was some cool v8 of some kind but who knows) but is very original inside, and the floor mat even looks good!

The 76 supposedly was used in Moab back in the day to give tours, thus the huge roof rack. Has the original drive train, but inside is all new seats etc.

Gonna tow then home soon to see what I have. Would love to get them both running, maybe sell one to finance the other, but might have to combine them. I still have a bunch of boxes full of parts so I probably should see what I have.

Wish me luck ;)

Not mine, a guy down in Peyton CO had like 20+ acres of cars! He charges very little and his property is grandfathered in so he can do whatever he wants.

More pics of the v8... And something about a Buick turbo sounds familiar...

Anyone interested in the interesting engine? I just don't have the experience or skill to get it running. I do remember the guys saying it was from a grand national but obviously not quite. 🙄😁

Free to a good home. I'll take a sixer of Shiner!
