@light1 I have no personal experience with auto deflators; I've read and heard many people complain about all but a couple brands over the years. Problems like "wandering zero". I don't know which brands are best. I'd like to get some one day.
I'm sure the 88P will be fine. I looked at it but bought the 300P in January because it was an upgrade from my old Superflow MV-50 (the 88P equivalent) and I apparently have a lot of friends who always seem to have to misplaced their compressors, so speed and duty cycle upgrades were worth it to me. Actually, I just looked - paid $151 on Amazon and it's now $204! Ackk! Just make sure to run the engine while it pumps to get more speed from it and not drain the battery, and don't read the gauge while it's pumping...turn it off to read it. Those built in gauges should be checked against a known accurate gauge every now and then, too.
I learned a trick when I had the MV-50 that I think helped mine last 6 years of heavy usage. I always hung it from a slider instead of keeping it on the ground so that it wouldn't be breathing in as much dust. Meh, maybe so maybe not, but it makes me feel better.
