Charge, oil, T-Belt and filter lights are illuminated,
Gauges seem to be working fine.
have already had alternator replaced
Plus just replaced main battery

Also check your charging fusible link. They can look ok and still pass a continuity test but not flow enough current. Look for a voltage drop across it when charging.

I put the battery in a few days ago, and I’m getting over 14 volts from the alternator at idle.
I’ll check the fusible link tonight

Mine just started doing this also. I haven't dug into it yet but I believe it is the charge relay, which also has the function of turning on the lights as a bulb check before starting.
Any idea where this relay is?

Mine has been doing this for more than a year!

On a 70 series it may be the one called Bulb Check Relay. Someday I plan to diagnose but haven't yet.

I should add that mine are flickering and charging as normal which is why I suspect a relay.

But for solid on, I'd be verifying the alternator, plugs, fusible links, and all grounds are solid.
