I put the battery in a few days ago, and I’m getting over 14 volts from the alternator at idle.Also check your charging fusible link. They can look ok and still pass a continuity test but not flow enough current. Look for a voltage drop across it when charging.

Any idea where this relay is?Mine just started doing this also. I haven't dug into it yet but I believe it is the charge relay, which also has the function of turning on the lights as a bulb check before starting.
