This cluster turned out more than what I expected. It really turned out better (much better) thank stock. The customization available for light color, TFT display and customized outputs really make the truck have a different feel to it. much more modern and easy to adapt to any drivetrain. I especially like the customizable pre-alerts that you could set to visually flash or chime. These alerts can be turned off or set to a certain value for each gauge.

And thanks to you for suggesting adding the icons on the bottom. It really is nice to have everything indicated in one place! Even the O.E sub-fuel we had hooked up to the cluster so that you don't forget it. Overall, I'm really really pleased with how it turned out. I have been a long time customer for Dakota Digital. Their quality of work will always bring me back.

There are small things in driving these old trucks that could change how they feel. For example, fixing a sloppy steering wheel has an impact on how you enjoy driving a truck. Having crisp clear and modern instrumentation, to me, just adds to the experience. And if you think about it, you spend a lot of time behind the wheel looking at the cluster.

Although not cheap, I would still recommend it to anyone who is resto-modding their 80.

I pulled this picture from my IG. But I'll be sure to post other pics as I use the truck.

Pretty sure all the kids I know would refer to that as "tight". Nice work on bringing that to life. Is there a part number for it or anything?

I asked my source there, they said no it won't be formally offered with PN, but still possible to order one through their custom department as they did. You have to send them a cluster to do it.

It has to be broken already, it shows a full tank of gas... Seriously though, that is amazing. Nice work !

Is this OBDII only? Would love to add this to the want list for my 93.

Wish it was an off the shelf product. But there could be a business opportunity for a company like yours to offer 10 at a time. Their products are in par with the quality of what you offer.

Here is a link to get started on your custom setup

No, it could be used with OBD if you want.

Its used with a carb 1FZ.

That is awesome!! Please post more pics!

I have a question though, why did the render have two separate Sub Tank indicators?

How much are these?

Not sure what they cost these days. it's been a year or two since I did the cluster swap.

The truck is in the middle of an FTE H152 swap. We did start and all instruments are working and have been adapted to work with the FTE. I'm really happy with the cluster.

Once the swap is done I'll post some pictures and maybe start a build thread.

This build was an expensive exercise. OEM parts from all around the world. Did the rebuild with the car having less than 80,000kms. It was really nice to begin with but I wanted a "new" 80. so everything was replaced with new OEM parts except the body and chassis. Everything.
