Am keen on replacing my tired torsion bars on my AHC system which are the 120 mm x 25.5 mm. Odometer is now over 620,000 and am keen to reclaim some comfort in my suspension.
Am unable to find a supplier for the left hand bar 48162-60040. There are 48161-60040 right hand bars available from Amayama. Is it possible to use two right hand bars. What is the difference in the two bars?

These will be live on the site soon (should be up by June 17th).

These are 29.5mm bars and I’m preparing for a run of 27mm bars for y’all AHC guys who need more than OE but less than a conventional suspension.

If anyone is interested in signing up for a pre-order of the 27mm AHC bars please PM me. It’s getting expensive to front capital for 3-4 months…don’t want to spread myself too thin. Price will be similar if not identical to the current size (around $530).

Also not a fan of the red colour…I’ll fix that with the next set.

Okay I've opened the floor for pre-orders on our run of 27mm bars (1160mm length for petrol/gas 100 series). These are expected to arrive here in Atlanta by the end of summer.
Edit: these will also be finished in 'black' unlike our first run of 29.5mm bars. In the future the 29.5mm bars may also be finished in black but the price will unfortunately increase accordingly...

If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns please reach out to me and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

These sound like something I definitely need, but don't know if I can swing it this week... is there a chance these will sell out, or is it just on a time limit (open until the order is placed)?

So far we've had lots of interest but only one pre-order. I'll be up in the mountains this weekend at GSMTR and will likely place the order for 10x sets next week.

If more people pre-order before then, I'll get more sets made in this batch. Once they're on the shelves it will be first-come-first-served for the available sets of torsion bars until we sell out- then we'll go back to pre-orders etc.

Eventually I might be able to order in significantly larger batches but it all depends on demand and liquid capital (of which I do not yet have enough for say, 1,000 sets of torsion bars).

Edit: we're at 2x pre-orders (10.6.25)
6x pre-orders (11.6.25)

@cruiserpatch I can't seem to get the online store to accept my order. When I click "place order" I get the spinning wheel for 1 or 2 seconds then it goes back to "pay now" and nothing happens. I'll try again later.

27mm AHC bars for gas/petrol 100s are now on order. Estimated lead time is "4-6 weeks" but I remain skeptical of that figure...the 29.5mm bars took 3 months to arrive so I estimate the same will be true for these...

2x sets are claimed.
8x sets are unclaimed.
10.6.25

Just preordered a set of AHC bars :)👍

Pre-ordered a set of AHC bars! Now I need to start planning for bumper and winch!

I think I got mine locked in... kept getting an error message when going to pay that items were out of stock and removed from the cart, just went thru with payment and looks like it worked.
Could you send me a PM so I can help confirm that your order went through?

I'm about to put on a set of White Knuckle sliders, Dissent bumper, and Dissent skids -- and even before I do this I feel as if the front needs a bit more spring for road driving, ESPECIALLY when braking. I also want to keep AHC for as long as possible, so getting the suspension as close to "correct" as possible seems helpful for both driving dynamics and system longevity.

Looking forward to dialing this all in. Thanks for taking this on, @cruiserpatch 👍
