I changed my LCAs and removed the torsion bars without much marking. How can I get them back in with the proper load/adjustments? I have ironman springs in the rear, and removed AHC. I can't get them set in the torsion bar mount. Any recommendations highly appreciated.

The OEM Torsion bars have index marks on both ends, that should only fit one way into the mounts.

I didn't know this (I'm about to receive my upgraded AHC torsion bars), good to know.

Learnin' someting every day over here 🙂

Welp got them in and the drivers side front is about 0.75” lower than the passenger side. Any help is appreciated.

If you haven’t maxed out your bolt depth on threads, just crank the drivers side for compensation of the 3/4”

I'm no expert here but I also think ,as mentioned above me, you just need to adjust them now...

What is your measurement anyway? Are you measuring from center hub to fender lip ?

Check out the number 4 section on the post in the thread below for some details

with the front end in the air, no weight on it to adjust

Thanks everyone! I’m measuring from the center of the hub to the bottom of the fender. It’s lifted with Ironman springs and Iron man TOY050 bars. I believe I got the teeth lined up on each mount properly but wondering if that might be part of the issue.

Sounds like the 30mm bolt just needs to be driven in a little more. Will do this tomorrow. Thanks everyone! Will post with updates for future torsion bar DIY’ers.
