Update here. Most of the second round of ten are now spoken for, and My gear buddy's health is failing. There may not be any more from me. I need to double check, but there may only be a couple left. Speak up if you are interested. I am keeping two for me.

Today, I reassembled my regulator with a brass gear, filled the cavity with axle grease and just admired it! It looked sweet! Now, I just wish I had a tailgate with innards to watch it work.

I may be able to get a third set of ten, if anyone is interested. I promise, though, the old guy cannot do this much longer.

Got mine today. Beautiful! Thanks so much. Question is now - wait for mine to break the rest of the way or do it now? Yeah ill do it now so I won't have the window fail at the worst possible time. Thanks again for taking this on! They look great!

Like I said the teeth are beautiful, and I expect them to work flawlessly for a decade or two. I am glad you like it. Go ahead and put it in now. I installed one on my regulator just to see how it looked. Fit perfectly.
When you install it, put a lot of grease in there with it. You shouldn't have to deal with it again. I am waiting on the second batch now.

update:
I personally saw the next 10 gear blanks this morning. They are cut out, but need the arbor cut, and the teeth cut to be complete. I went ahead and ordered 10 more, which means 30 of these will have been made. i have a few openings for the last batch. PM me if you are in the hunt for one. $50 plus $10 shipping.
