I am looking to buy a 3:7 third member. Cruiserparts.net seems like the most reasonable $250 free S/H. Can anyone think of another site i should check?

Thanks

If you do go there, talk to James directly. I bought a ton of stuff from him.
Many bashers here on the site, but James is real.

Yeah the classifieds here are incredible. A lot of times the parts are in the Pacific Northwest or California, which could be some scary shipping costs to Mississippi. I have been keeping an eye out, but it is good to know a concrete source. That free shipping is very enticing from cruiserparts.net

Why from the front instead of the rear?

Why from the front instead of the rear?

The front would normally have considerably less wear due to 4WD not being engaged most of the time, thus be in better condition.

If you decide to order from Cruiserparts.net, be sure to specify that you want a third member that's not encrusted with rust. I'd even ask to see a photo before they ship. Keep in mind that mild to moderate rust has different meanings in the Northeast than in Mississippi. Don't ask how I know.

I would take advice from above and buy from the classifieds on this forum. Way better deals and usually trustworthy cruiser heads help other cruzerheads

I've paid less than that for an entire front axle, but you may have to wait. It comes down to time bs money.

I'm buying a pair from a 60 for $100 from a fellow mudder.

3.70s aren't that popular... And they aren't rare.
