Put together a list of parts that you need and post it here.

I would bet there's a lot of spare parts that the Good Cruiserheads of the 100 Forum could donate to your rebuild 👍👍

Come on guys, help a kid out.
(I would start but I don't have a 100 yet)

Here's what i think he will need.

Front bumper
Bumper fairing stay
Right front headlight
Right front fender
Right front mirror assembly
Right front door skin
Right front steering knuckle assembly with hub and bearings
Right front lower control arm
Right front upper control arm
Right front axle
Right front shock
Right front brake caliper, brake line/hose
Possibly a new steering rack, if he's lucky, then just inner and outer tie rod.

@AndersonDin I will donate some of these parts to you. Here’s what I have:

OEM CV axle that I rebuilt with OEM kit. Has new OEM grease, circlips, and boots, and pfran’s McMaster-Carr smooth-band worm drive clamps. Axle had 200k miles on it before rebuild, so outboard splines are worn but still functional (cv joints are fine, no clicking, and no excessive wear on balls, race, or cage). Mate a new hub flange ($50) to it and it will be fine for thousands of miles. Can ship this week.

Used OEM front shocks. They’re not leaking and still function fine, but have limited lifespan left due to mileage. Would get you up and running for a few months, though. Can ship this week.

Used OEM upper control arm. Needs new ball joint (555 brand is cheap from Cruiser Outfitters). Can ship this week. EDIT: ball joint is still tight, so just needs new boot ($10).

Used OEM front bumper cover. Two of the lower mounting tabs are broken, but it will still bolt up with all of the upper tabs. Could probably buy $10 worth of 1” x 1” corner brackets from Home Depot and rig up lower mounts. Shipping for this bumper may be expensive because of size, but I could maybe bring it to you on my drive East around Christmas.

I think I also have a passenger front headlight around here somewhere, as well as some other parts, but need to look. Let me know if you want any of the stuff above.

Oh my goodness! thank you so much! I will definitely need those items!! Is there anything I can do to help ship? And where are you coming from? I’m headed to Rogers Arkansas this thanksgiving if you are along the way.

That looks just like the list, the guy I had check the cruiser out said, I also needs a factory wheel, lower control arm and a few other things.

You're welcome. The only request I have is that 20 years down the road, if some kid finds him/herself in your shoes, you pay it forward. I was in a similar predicament when I was 16: Saved up money from working after school and during summer to buy a used 1990 Toyota Pickup, and subsequently crammed the drivers side into a boulder while wheeling 3 weeks after I bought the damn thing. Internet wasn't so great back in 2000, so sourcing parts beyond a 60 mile radius from my hometown in middle-of-nowhere southwestern VA was nearly impossible, and the nearest Toyota dealer was 1.5 hours away...I still have that truck, which also still has a crumpled fender and rocker panel as a reminder of my mistake almost 20 years ago...

Anyways, just send me your name and shipping address. I'll try to get everything except the bumper cover shipped by the end of this week. The front bumper cover is the oddball - it doesn't weigh much, but will require a large package, which increases shipping cost probably beyond what I can afford to dish out right now. I'm also in the process of repairing my 100 series, which has been sitting on jackstands for the last 5 weeks, waiting for me to muster up the spare cash to buy the parts that it needs! I had planned to sell most of these parts that I'm giving you, with hopes of recouping a little bit of cash to put into my dilapidated 100, but again, I was in your shoes once and hate to see anybody go through what I did 20 years ago. Nevertheless, I won't be driving your way at Thanksgiving, but should be passing through around Christmas (coming from AZ), assuming family plans don't change between now and then. If you can wait that long, then I'll bring the bumper cover with me; if not, then we'll need to figure out a way to get it there that doesn't cost more than the cover is worth. May be a good idea to post in MUDship to see if anyone is headed your way soon that will be passing through AZ to get there, who could bring the bumper cover with them. Otherwise, you're going to have to eat $250-300 for a new aftermarket or used junkyard OEM bumper cover, which is about $150-200 more than what they're actually worth, IMO.

If anybody else has read this far and has some spare cash to donate to my PayPal for shipping costs on these parts so we can help get this young'n out of a tight spot, I sure as hell wouldn't turn it down! If not, no worries, I'll still send you the parts 👍 Hopefully some other MUDDERS have a few parts you need and this will be the impetus for them to donate as well.

Also, as someone else suggested, check car-part.com for some of the other parts you'll need. Just a quick search on there for a zip code in your approximate area (73129) results in a passenger front door (white $250), passenger fender (silver $150), wheel hub ($50), steering knuckle ($100), and front lower control arm ($70) all within a few hours drive. Then you'd really only need to buy new wheel bearings, hub seal, hub flange and gasket, lower ball joint (or boot), brake caliper, rotor, pads, brake line, and inner and outer tie rod ends (hopefully your steering rack isn't destroyed, but very well might be). I think you can get this thing up and running for $1,000, or slightly less if anybody else has parts to donate. Of course, that assumes that you do all of the work or have a friend willing to donate their time to do it for you. If you have to pay someone to do it, then you're looking at quite a bit more in labor costs...

I've got a fog light you can have. Bumper cover as well, but it has been cut for a hidden winch and is pretty scratched up. Also, I should have a passenger side headlight (good condition), turn signal housing (good condition) and the trim piece below the headlights/grill (in the same 1B1 Champagne Pearl color) available in a few weeks. If you haven't found replacements by then, you can have those.

It's all about paying it forward. I lost a Cruiser last January and a group helped me out with some things that insurance would not cover. The off-road community is amazing.

I have the stock headlight housings and passenger side marker from my 2000 LC. I have them for sale in the classifieds but I would be willing to just give them to you if you need them. Check out the ad below to understand the condition they’re in

okay! Thanks so much!!

Gonna need wheel bearings? I don't have a hub for them but do have a set of bearings with 40k on them. They would need races.
