Converting a FJ40 spare carrier to a FJ55 (1 Viewer)

I have one of Man-a-fre's spare tire/cooler carrier rear bumpers. Do you think it would be worth modifying it to fit my FJ55? I would get rid rid of the cooler carrier and extend the spare tire arm so it did not obscure the tail lights. The pivot points are outside the width of the tail gate and it has a hitch reciever too. What do you guys think?

are you talking about the 4+ bumper setups? or the cheapo ones?

I think it is this one, but mine has a bent tubing cooler carrier, and that is also where the hi-lift jack mount is.
