Compatibility question

Hey Guys,

I was just searching the other day and noticed that there are a lot more lift options for the FJ and 4runner than the GX. It is my understanding that all three are similar platforms. Following the same logic, would any suspension lift for the (similar year) for the 4 runner or FJ work on our GX's? The reason I ask is Fabtech has 6 inch lift (I don't want a six inch lift BTW) for the FJ and I'm suprised someone has not tried to use on their GX so they could mount so mall cruising monster tires It would be nice to have a 4 inch lift right out of the box though. Any thoughts?

They do work. Any FJ lift for 07-09 and 4R from 03-09 will work on a 470.

I have 35s and I am running a 2.5" lift

I see you removed the fenders which is what I want to do. Other than body mount chop and fender remove what else did you have to do to get them to fit? I plan on new UCAs as well. I hope my rig looks half as good as yours when I'm done!!

I had to do a lot of cutting, hammering, travel adjustment, etc. Not cheap or easy but I like the low stance
